Inspection Services

Having a third-party service inspect the vehicle you’re bidding on lets you to enter your online auction with confidence. Inspections provide valuable and specific information so you know exactly what you’re bidding on. That way there are no surprises.  

While we allow several inspection services to visit Global Auto Auction yards on behalf of our Members, Global Auto Auctions preferred partner, Advantage Equipment Inspections, is our recommendation. With Advantage Equipment Inspections, Members can enjoy the benefits of:

•          Placing an order for all U.S.-based vehicle inspection services up to two hours prior to live online auctions
•          Receiving same-day detailed reports examining your vehicle’s condition
•          Viewing your vehicle’s results from virtually anywhere via your mobile phone or desktop

Vehicle Condition Reports

Vehicle Condition Reports (VCRs) are detailed reports, available in English and Spanish, conveniently sent to you directly from the Global Auto Auctions site where your vehicle is located. Priced at just $35 USD, when you purchase a Vehicle Condition Report, you receive:

•          Two or more internal and external videos of the vehicle
•          Additional photos which detail any further vehicle damage, if applicable
•          An extensive list of vehicle features
•          Details of the vehicle’s tire condition
•          The location’s inspector notes, if applicable

Vehicle Condition Reports can be ordered from any Lot Details page under “Order Products & Services”.
