What does Run & Drive mean?

“Run & Drive” means at the time that the vehicle arrived at the auction facility the following was verified:

• Vehicle would start under its own operation with a battery booster pack.
• Vehicle transmission would shift into gear and allow the vehicle to move back and forth a few feet.

There is no guarantees, representations, or warranty that the vehicles will (a) start, (b) drive, or (c) move forward under its own power at the time the vehicle is picked up at the auction facility.

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research the vehicles history, and/or investigate the vehicle prior to bidding on it. Once the vehicle is removed from the auction premises, the buyer accepts the vehicle  in "As Is" condition.
